Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-10

SendItWhenever is a tool for legitimate, scheduled webhook delivery. The activities below are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

1. Prohibited Activities

  • Unlawful activity: transmitting any content or engaging in any conduct that violates applicable law.
  • Spam and unsolicited messages: bulk delivery without the recipient's consent.
  • Attack-oriented use: DoS/DDoS against an endpoint, flooding requests, or any delivery intended to cause denial of service.
  • SSRF and internal-network probing: requests aimed at internal resources such as private or reserved IPs and cloud-metadata endpoints (e.g. 169.254.169.254). Such targets are blocked by a check performed just before firing.
  • Malicious payloads: distributing malware, phishing, or malicious code.
  • Unauthorized access: delivering to endpoints you do not own or are not authorized to send to.
  • Circumventing limits: attempting to bypass plan limits or rate limits, including by creating multiple accounts.

2. Technical Safeguards

The Service allows only HTTPS on ports 80/443, re-resolves DNS just before firing to block private, reserved, and metadata IP ranges, and does not follow redirects. We further limit abuse with per-host rate limits and a circuit breaker.

3. Reporting

If you discover abuse or a violation of this Policy, please report it to contact@sendit-whenever.com. We will review and act on reports promptly.

4. Enforcement

We may block deliveries, suspend, or terminate any account suspected of violating this Policy, and we will cooperate with the relevant authorities where required.
