Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains the cancellation and refund terms for paid SendItWhenever subscriptions. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your paid subscription (from $19/month) at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
  • You can cancel directly from your dashboard or the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal.

2. Refunds

  • If the Service has a material defect that is not resolved within a reasonable period, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge.
  • A billing cycle in which a substantial number of deliveries has already occurred, or an account suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time follows the payment provider's policy.

3. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, the plan is automatically downgraded to Free.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email contact@sendit-whenever.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within a reasonable number of business days.
