Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SendItWhenever (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of the Service

SendItWhenever is a subscription-based SaaS that delivers HTTP webhooks to an HTTPS endpoint you designate, at a time you schedule. The Service provides second-level precision and Early Firing correction on a best-effort basis and does not offer an absolute guarantee of delivery time.

2. Accounts and API Keys

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration details.
• An API key is shown only once at creation. You are responsible for storing and using your keys securely. If you suspect a key has been exposed, please rotate it immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Unlawful activity, spam, and attack-oriented use (such as DoS or SSRF) are prohibited, and any violation may result in suspension of your account without prior notice.

4. Fees and Payment

• Paid plans (from $19/month) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which also handles applicable taxes and VAT on our behalf.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Plan Limits

Each plan is subject to limits on the number of active schedules, payload size, and concurrent delivery rate. Requests that exceed these limits may be rejected or processed sequentially within the queue.

6. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendItWhenever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from delayed or failed deliveries. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or through a notice on the site. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
